For orders within the European Union, the item prices are final prices and already include the VAT of the respective EU country. Customers do not have to pay any additional taxes or customs duties. Orders to Switzerland

Item prices are net prices, i.e. sales prices excluding German and Swiss applicable VAT, and excluding customs and handling fees. Please note that the supplier will charge all import taxes, customs duties and handling fees separately. Shipments within Germany:

Free standard shipping for orders over EUR 79.00 within Germany. 

For orders under EUR 79.00, EUR 4.95 (including VAT) shipping fees are due. 

Orders of furniture with a total value of EUR 1000.00 are delivered free of charge.

For orders of furniture with a total value of less than 1000.00 EUR, 99.00 EUR (including VAT) shipping fees are due. 

Shipments within the EU:

Free standard shipping for orders over EUR 300.00 within the EU. 

For shipments to other EU countries under EUR 300.00, EUR 15.00 (including VAT) shipping fees are due.  

Shipments to Switzerland:

Free standard shipping for orders over CHF 350.00 within Switzerland. For shipments under 350.00 CHF to Switzerland, 20.00 CHF (excluding statutory VAT) shipping fees are due.

All items are insured against theft and transport damage from the shop to the delivery address. The insurance is no longer effective after the items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and receipt has been confirmed.

If the packaging is damaged on delivery, you should either refuse the delivery or make it clear at the time of signing that you have accepted damaged packaging.

 

 

You have the option to exchange or return the products purchased on the Ladenhüter website at www.ladenhueter.shop within fourteen (14) days of receipt. 

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to customised products.

 

 

Returning your order is easy! You can return products purchased from the Ladenhüter online shop at www.ladenhueter.shop according to the cancellation policy as described below.

Please complete this cancellation form in German or English and enclose it with the package containing the items to be returned. Please note that only items in their original packaging can be returned. The items must be new, unused and in perfect condition, including all tags and labels. (Further information can be found here).

Please send the items protected to the address given on the cancellation form. We will bear the costs of your return if the value of the goods is at least 150 euros. We are keen to process your return as quickly as possible. Please note that returned items are subject to quality control (see terms and conditions). If the items are returned in perfect condition, the return will be accepted. In this case, the total amount paid will be refunded to the credit card or current account used for the original purchase, less the original shipping costs. In the case of a return, we will refund your money in the same currency to the bank account you used for the original order. Once we have received and checked the returned item, the refund will be processed. We always try to process returns and refunds quickly.
